On Saturday, October 29th Olympia Bears Varsity football took on Bellarmine Prep for their final home league game. The Bears began with a strong lead in the first quarter, leading 14 to 3. 

They continued their lead going into halftime scoring another touchdown before the 2nd quarter clock ran out. Bellarmine rallied in the second half but still fell short of the Bears who stayed ahead the entire game. The game ended with a victory for the Bears with a score of 24-17. 

The Bears celebrated their senior players with festivities beginning right before the game. Each Varsity Senior walked through a path of cheerleaders and football players from within the program. They were escorted by friends and family through their final walk onto their home field at Olympia High School.
